Introducing nowPaper 2.0 - Muzei Support with Time/Day Cycling

nowPaper has been available for a little while, but today, Jaxon Wright and I are very happy to introduce nowPaper 2.0. The app now includes the long-awaiting Muzei extension which further allows users to set a specific “setting/location,” and it will cycle to correspond with dawn, day, dusk and night.

These nowPapers have been favorites for many, and for the past few months they have definitely helped me grow as a designer. The endless support I've received from the community has been great, and I am incredibly happy to be able to create something that all of you seem to enjoy.

Muzei’s intuitiveness coupled with the beauty and spirit of the Google Now-inspired nowPapers brings great-looking and responsive homescreens to your Android device. Muzei’s blurring and dimming effects help in increasing icon visibility, but of course these can be turned off in the Muzei settings if preferred.

The great thing about this family of wallpapers is that they are ever increasing. Sure, they take quite a bit of time to design, but the only thing that will stop me from making new landscapes and new cities is a lack of community interest. This isn't the case right now, so you can always expect more locations as time goes on.

I’d like to thank Jaxon Wright for being such an awesome developer throughout this project. I owe it all to him because without his work and effort nowPaper likely wouldn’t even exist. Please be sure to circle him!

In order to change your nowPaper location within Muzei:
1) Open Muzei
2) Press the "Three-dot" menu in the lower right corner
3) Press "Customize"
4) Swipe over to the nowPaper extension and select it
5) Press the settings (gear) icon beneath it
6) Press "Location" and select your choice
7) Press your device's home button and allow Muzei to refresh and show your new wallpaper

As it stands now, the wallpapers are set to change at the following times:
- Dawn: 6:00 a.m.
- Day: 9:00 a.m.
- Dusk: 6:00 p.m.
- Night: 9:00 p.m.

If you have any interest in downloading the designs separately, this can be done so below by clicking on any of the following banners. You will be navigated to a page that contains each set:

As always, please contact me or Jaxon with any questions or concerns.
